Registration

All participants of the conference (attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors) must register to attend the conference and wear a correct name badge at all times. Due to strict insurance conditions we do not allow ‘shared’ registrations. Attendees not able to attend for the full conference should register for day rates. Anyone wishing to access the exhibition will also need to register for the conference. It is not possible for the general public to access any part of the conference or exhibition without paying a registration fee.

Registration Procedures

  • Ensure you have read and accept the Registration Conditions listed below.

  • Include payment details for credit card, cheque (made payable to ‘PIANC APAC Conference) or electronic deposit into Account Name: ‘PIANC APAC Conference’ BSB: 082-551 Account Number: 808-205-244. Please note the Registration Form is a TAX INVOICE.
  • Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email and Tax Invoice/Receipt.

Registration Categories

  • Member Registration – available to current members of PIANC.
  • Student Registration – available for full-time students only.
  • Earlybird Registration – available for registrations received by 3rd July 2022. Payment must be received by 17th July 2022, otherwise regular rates will apply.
  • Full Registration – Full registration rates include all conference materials; entry to the exhibition; access to all conference sessions; daytime catering; technical tour; one ticket to the Welcome Reception and one ticket to the Conference Dinner. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date, or by Friday 2nd September at the latest.
  • Day Registration – For attendees who are only able to attend part of the conference, there are Day Registration rates available for attendance on the Monday or Tuesday. Due to strict insurance considerations, shared registrations are NOT allowed. Day registration rates include all conference materials; entry to the exhibition; access to all conference sessions on the chosen day/s and daytime catering for the chosen day/s. Day registration rates do not include entry to social functions however, attendees can purchase tickets for these events separately. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date, or by Friday 2nd September at the latest.

Registration Conditions

Payments

Payment is required to confirm registration and is due on receipt of invoice. Payment for Earlybird registrations is due by 17th July, otherwise regular registration rates will apply. Accommodation must be paid in full by 29th July 2022. Payment for registration fees and social functions must be received on receipt of invoice and no later than Friday 2nd September 2022.

Tax Invoice and Receipts

Once a registration form has been received, a registration confirmation email and tax invoice/receipt will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form.

Refunds and Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to East Coast Conferences. Registration fees will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee prior to 5pm on Friday 24th June 2022. After this date we regret that no refunds will be made, however substitute delegates will be accepted. Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration. By submitting the registration form, you are agreeing to these conditions. Please refer to the Accommodation Booking Conditions if booking your accommodation through East Coast Conferences.

Shared Registrations

Please note one registration form with payment must be received per delegate attending. Shared registrations are not permitted due to legal and insurance reasons. Day registration rates are available should you be unable to attend the full conference. Accompanying partners must register for the congress if attending any of the congress sessions or tradeshow areas. Additional tickets for social functions can be purchased via the registration form.

Insurance

Attendee’s registration, accommodation and social function ticket fees do not include insurance of any kind. The organisers recommend taking out an insurance policy of your own choice with your local insurance or travel agent.
